Excellent customer service! Joshua greeted me in the sales room. He never pressured me into a decision but patiently answered my questions. The appliances are new with minor scratch / dent but they come at a very nice price! I showed up at 1100 a.m., Joshua had me out the door with a beautiful washer / dryer set by 1130 a.m. Thomas delivered around 2 p.m. the same day!! Both efficient and professional - you cannot ask for more. Unfortunately, I realized after delivery that the appliances would not fit under my laundry shelf so Thomas raised the shelf 1/2 inch so they would fit!! That is customer service!! Five star all the way around! I will absolutely use them again. Thank you Thomas and Joshua!

Fantastic experience. Found GE Profile fridge that I wanted at Lowe’s and Home Depot. $3999/$2799 on sale. On a whim decided to stop at Appliances 4 Less. Same fridge was there for $2100. They were able to deliver, install, and remove my old fridge the same day for less than $2500. Great customer service. Hopefully, the rest of my appliances hold up, but will definitely be a repeat customer

I could not be more pleased with Appliances 4 Less! I found them on google and noticed their positive and friendly reviews - looked at their inventory and saw a washer/dryer that met my needs. I called the next day and it was in stock. I went into the store and simply wanted to see the product before I purchased it. I paid and a hour later it was in my home and installed perfectly. This man has top notch inventory for a fraction of the cost. I will definitely spread the word to others and will always remember the best customer service I have had in many years. Thank you

I had an issue with the bottom freezer not closing properly. Joshua guided me patiently through the online warranty process (we purchased the extended warranty through CPS) and I filed a claim. It took 2 days to process the claim and I had Thomas out at the house to address the issue. Extremely friendly and effeciently fixed the problem. Our experiences with A4L has been excellent every time. I highly recommend A4L with no reservations. Next level professionalism and they prioritize customer satisfaction.

We were searching for a good deal on a dryer after our Samsung model, which was less than five years old, stopped working. Repair costs exceeded the price of a new one, leaving us frustrated with Samsung's poor reliability. Went to Lowe’s to find a new fridge and they were completely backed up till August. My husband and I walked in to look around and found the exact fridge I wanted at Lowe’s for 1500 less. They offered very quick delivery and they were AMAZING in helping us set everything up. I highly recommend if you are on a budget to find an appliance. The store name speaks for themselves! Glad I could find a LG French door for half the price! What a bargain!

Our purchase of an LG Studio French Door fridge was awesome! After a lot of research, we decided on LG. A4L has a LOT of LG refrigerators, so if you are thinking LG, give them a look. They had a high end LG Studio on the floor that had a dent in front right door and ding on the lower left corner of the freezer drawer. This was a 2800 unit that we got with an additional 4 year warranty, delivery, and haul away for just over 1700 bucks. BeeeeaUUtiful fridge! The salesman/delivery/installation gentleman (I should have gotten names...) was very helpful when my wife and I visited the showroom. He was very pleasant and provided relevant information. No pressure, just present if we had questions. We elected the 100 day 0% financing (there is a $40 processing fee so be prepared) and the extended warranty supplied by CPS was only $95 for 4 additional years! The gentleman that handled our paperwork was very nice and efficiently processed the sale, guiding my wife through the details on her cellphone. If she had questions or needed help, he was patient and pleasant. Delivery was flawless. I prepared the house for delivery by removing the screen door closers and clearing a path. The fridge was carefully brought in, handles installed, and connected. No issues. Highly recommend Appliances 4 Less!

Phenomenal. If you're reading this review and are still unsure where to buy your next appliance you can stop here. Today I bought my second appliance from them. The prices were great. The installation was flawless. They even fixed my dryer hookup. Delivered same day within hours and removed the old one. They're SO nice and kind. I'm never going to shop anywhere else. These folks better never close as long as I live here. 🤣
